Don't forget how important it is to snack.

You can snack with your daily shakes just keep in mind the calories of what you are eating and fat content. Refer to you plate portions matter guide.

  1. I will sometimes add one of my morning snack to my morning shake. If I feel the urge to munch on something that morning, I will take 1/2 of a 3/4 cup of any special K flavored cereal (I prefer Vanilla and almonds) and I add it on to my shake. It is absolutely delicious and filling! You will probably feel quite full until near lunch. However, I still have my snack before lunch-a fruit, yogurt, something healthy.

    At mid afternoon, I will have one sheet of graham cracker (that's because I have a sweet tooth) and it really satisfies me. Because it is so low in fat, sugar and CALORIES, you can even slice up some strawberries and have them with the graham cracker.

    This is the beauty of this diet, unlike so many others that I have personally tried-you can be very creative, not starve, feel satisfied the entire day while you eat anything healthy that you like and still lose the weight.

    I started Feb.5 and to this date, I have lost near 24 pounds and still going....
