Exercise is so IMPORTANT

Don't look at exercise as a chore. It can actually give you energy and it does not take much time.
No matter how busy you think you are, you can stop what you are doing and go for a 30 minute walk or run and return to your work. This is not wasted time, this is healthy time for your body and you will feel better. You have to dedicate time for you and keep the commitment.
